Personal Biography
I am a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to supporting adults through their mental health journeys. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Rights from the University of Manchester, a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology, and a BA in Psychology, combining clinical expertise with a human-centered perspective in my therapeutic work.
I have extensive clinical experience working as a psychologist in inpatient psychiatric settings, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, addiction, and personality disorders. I completed my clinical training at Al Mashfa Hospital, working closely with individuals navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges.
Earlier in my training, I was part of multidisciplinary teams at Psychological Medicine Hospital, where I supported patients with severe and persistent mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.
I have also completed certified training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for PTSD through the Egyptian Association of Psychologists and integrate evidence-based techniques into my client work.
Known for a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences, develop insight, and build practical tools for lasting change. I am especially passionate about helping adults reconnect with themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and lead more fulfilling lives.
