Personal Biography
Monica is an intern counseling psychotherapist with a passion for helping young adults navigate life’s challenges. She is pursuing a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and holds a diploma in counseling. With four years of experience working with youth, she supports individuals as they transition into adulthood.
Monica’s approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic (Client-Centered) Therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to help them identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, resolve personal challenges, and develop effective coping strategies. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can build resilience, manage stress, and thrive through life’s difficulties.
