Personal Biography
I am a dedicated psychologist with a Master of Science in Mental Health and Well-being from the University of Wolverhampton and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto. Having grown up in Canada, I bring a deep understanding of evidence-based, Western therapeutic practices combined with culturally sensitive approaches, enabling me to address the diverse needs of clients in the Middle East.
I have trained at renowned institutions such as The Behman Hospital and the Nile Sanatorium, where I worked with a wide range of patients. My expertise lies in integrating psycho-spiritual methods, such as Islamic Integrated Therapy, into modern therapeutic practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
In addition to my clinical work, I have contributed to academic research, focusing on stress responses and resilience during my time at the University of Toronto.
Fluent in English and Arabic, I take a holistic and empathetic approach to therapy, combining evidence-based techniques, lifestyle changes, and culturally tailored care to provide meaningful and effective mental health support.
