Personal Biography
Howayda Sharabash is a highly experienced and dedicated professional in the field of psychology, counseling, and character education.
Originally from the United States, Howayda moved to Egypt in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the American University in Cairo. She currently holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Derby in England.
With 17 years of counseling expertise, Howayda has worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents. Her extensive experience in parenting sessions has equipped her with insights into the dynamics of family relationships and the challenges faced by parents in nurturing and guiding their children in today’s rapidly evolving society.
Howayda’s therapeutic approach is rooted in a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness, and a humanistic, person-centered philosophy. She believes in empowering her clients to develop effective coping strategies and unlock their inner potential. By fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment, she encourages open and honest communication, enabling individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors with clarity and self-awareness.
