Dr. Nahla Radwan MBBCh, MSc, EGY Fellowship Psych, AB CAP PSYCH

Consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist

Dr. Radwan graduated from faculty of Medicin, Ain Shams University, 2006 and started training at Behman hospital at registrar level. She then continued her training in Okasha central for mental health at Ain Shams University, till she completed her Masters of Neuropsychiatry, May 2011.

She then worked in Adolescence clinic in Abbasia hospital for mental health, where was responsible for training of the registrars, she then worked as the manager of child clinic in Abbasia hospital, till she completed the Egyptian fellowship of psychiatry in December 2015. She has joined in several awareness campaigns on the national level and multiple training program for psychiatrist, psychologist and PHC personal. She then worked as a consultant psychiatrist in the child clinic in Abbasia Hospital for mental health. Dr. Radwan became a certified EMDR therapist, since September 2021. She worked for 2 years in both child and adolescent units in Kasr Al Aini till she completed Arab Board for Child and Adolescent psychiatry in June 2024.

Dr. Radwan is a Treasurer of Egyptian child and adolescent psychiatry association (ECAPA), general secretary of Egyptian Association for Child & Adolescent Mental Health (EACAMH) and member of scientific committee of Egyptian Fellowship for Child and Adolescent psychiatry.

Area of interest: ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Anxiety disorder in child and adolescent, Liaison in child and adolescent.
