Personal Biography
The majority of emotional challenges people face often stem from generational trauma, insecure attachments, and unprocessed pain in caregivers. As Jana moved deeper into her clinical work, she began to understand that the most powerful form of healing and prevention starts before parenting begins. It starts when future parents begin unpacking their own childhoods, relationship patterns, fears, and limiting beliefs.
Whether it's the fear of repeating the past, anxiety around attachment, or simply not feeling "ready enough," Jana holds space for those questions. She works with clients to build the emotional safety they need within themselves first so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Through trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and compassionate reflection, she helps individuals become the kind of parent they wish they had, starting with healing their own inner child.
Jana's clinical journey has taken her through respected institutions including Okasha Hospital, Rakhawy Hospital, and Behman Hospital, where she gained hands-on experience with a wide range of psychological conditions and therapeutic approaches.
Her work centers on supporting those who want to break cycles, build secure bonds, and enter parenthood from a place of wholeness, not fear.
